Saddleworth is an area in West Yorkshire lying strategically near the borders of three other counties: Lancashire, Cheshire and Derbyshire, all places of natural beauty.

The location of the Museum in Uppermill is also blessed with water nearby in the form of the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, the River Tame and several reservoirs including Dove Stones.

In the Museum Shop, we have reflected the character of the Pennine landscape, together with the history of Saddleworth and its people, in the goods on sale and as an extension to the exhibits and displays within the museum itself. Many of our greeting cards and our large selection of postcards support this theme. 

The wide range of goods is reasonably priced and available throughout the year.
