January 2026 – complete the surveys and carry out the Saddleworth Museum Organisational Health Check

February – complete the workshops, survey and OHC report

March – workshops to set up primary focus changes

April – workshops to set up secondary focus changes and prepare for community gallery changes

May – project planning and implementation work continues plus building work start to replace the community gallery roof

June – project planning and implementation work continues plus nearing completion of the building work to replace the community gallery roof plus appoint Community Artist (Summer Programme)
